The conceptual design stage has been completed, and the appointment of the Concessionaire will be carried out under the BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) model.

The Letter of Appointment (LOA) for the architect was issued by the Chief Engineer, MSIDC vide CE/MSIDC/Mumbai/Netaji Market/984/2024 dated 08/10/2024. The estimated project cost, as per the approved concept, is approximately ₹428.92 Crores.

Santra Market Site at Nagpur

The Santra Market site in Nagpur is being redeveloped into a modern commercial hub, with an estimated project cost of ₹288 Crores. The design has been prepared by M/s ATPPL-Enia JV (AMRTA Turnkey Professionals Pvt. Ltd., Nagpur & Enia Design Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi), selected through a design competition. The project follows the BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) model, with the appointment of the concessionaire currently pending.

The proposed structure includes three basement levels, a ground floor, and 19 upper floors, totaling approximately 4.8 lakh sq. ft. of built-up area. The development is currently in the post-conceptual design stage.

The project is being undertaken under the BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) model with an estimated cost of approximately ₹150 Crores. The conceptual design stage has been completed, and the architect, M/s SKA Consortium, Nagpur, has been appointed through a design competition. The Letter of Appointment was issued by the Chief Engineer, MSIDC (Ref: CE/MSIDC/Mumbai/DikDawakhana/985/2024 dated 08/10/2024). The proposed structure comprises B3 + B2 + B1 + Ground + 11 upper floors, with a total built-up area of around 2.38 lakh sq. ft. The appointment of a Concessionaire is currently under process.

The Re-Development of 6 Combined Market Sites at Itwari, Nagpur, is a commercial project with an estimated cost of ₹225 Crores. The conceptual design has been completed, and M/s Ashok Mokha Architects was appointed through a design competition. The project will be developed under the Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model, with the concessionaire yet to be appointed.

The development will include seven blocks, a built-up area of 3.62 lakh sq. ft., and a structure with three basement levels (B1 + B2), a ground floor, and 12 upper floors. The Letter of Appointment (LOA) for the architect was issued by the Chief Engineer, MSIDC, on 08/10/2024.

The Re-development of Dahi Bazar Site at Nagpur is a commercial redevelopment project currently in progress. The architect for the project, M/s V.K. Associates, Nagpur, was appointed through a design competition, with the Letter of Appointment issued by the Chief Engineer, MSIDC (Vide: CE/MSIDC/Mumbai/DahiBazar/986/2024 dated 08/10/2024). The project has successfully completed the conceptual design stage and is now progressing toward the appointment of a concessionaire under the BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) model. With an estimated cost of approximately ₹45 crores, the project includes the rehabilitation of 31 shops and the development of a commercial complex featuring a hotel structure comprising B2 + B1 + Ground + 7 floors, with a total built-up area of approximately 70,988.5 sq. ft. The contractor/concessionaire is yet to be appointed.
