Associates, Nagpur, was appointed through a design competition, with the Letter of Appointment issued by the Chief Engineer, MSIDC (Vide: CE/MSIDC/Mumbai/DahiBazar/986/2024 dated 08/10/2024). The project has successfully completed the conceptual design stage and is now progressing toward the appointment of a concessionaire under the BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) model. With an estimated cost of approximately ₹45 crores, the project includes the rehabilitation of 31 shops and the development of a commercial complex featuring a hotel structure comprising B2 + B1 + Ground + 7 floors, with a total built-up area of approximately 70,988.5 sq. ft. The contractor/concessionaire is yet to be appointed.
