Construction of

21 New Sub-Registrar Offices across Maharashtra

The Government of Maharashtra, through the Revenue & Forest Department, has approved the construction of 24 new Sub-Registrar Offices across the state (2nd Call) under administrative sanction Astha-2023/1773/PK392/M1 dated 03/01/2024, with a sanctioned cost of ₹6,918.27 lakhs. The scope was later revised to 21 locations. The project has been awarded to M/s Omkar Construction, Pune, with M/s Enia Design Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi as the architect. The LOA was issued by the Chief Engineer, MSIDC (CE/MSIDC/839/24 dated 03/10/2024). The original tender amount was ₹43,65,07,101, with a quoted cost of ₹44,09,44,518. The accepted cost, after scope reduction, is ₹38,64,88,722 (1.02% above tender cost). The construction timeline is 12 months, and ₹2,075.00 lakhs have been released for the project.
