Maharashtra State Infrastructure Development Corporation, a Govt. of Maharashtra undertaking, is inviting applications for the contractual appointment of technical posts on a reappointment basis from retired officers of State/Central Government, PSU of Govt. Authorities, and Local Bodies for the following posts:

  1. Assistant Technical Advisor (D.E. level) – 1 Post

1. Education: Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

2. Experience: Minimum of 25 years of experience in service, with 2 years at DE level and 5 years at JE level in a Government organization.

3. Those who fulfill the criteria and are retired officers from GoM, PSU, or Government Bodies of GoM/GoI are eligible to apply.

Important Instructions for Candidate:

  1. The above-referred appointments are purely contractual appointments. The application shall be sent through post in the prescribed format to Maharashtra State Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited, B/13, 13th Floor, Bakhtawar Building, Nariman Point, Mumbai – 400 021 and by email with complete application to cao@msidc.org on or before 6th October, 2025 at 05.00 PM.

  2. Candidate has to fill up the application form uploaded on the website of the MSIDC i.e. www.msidc.org, and for more details, candidates can contact on 9967235974.

  3. For detailed advertisement, the applicant has to visit the company website. The incomplete application and application on plain paper will not be considered.

  4. All terms and conditions of Government of Maharashtra guidelines issued vide General Administrative Department G.R. No. CBE-1525/CR-37/EST(Desk-13), dated 10/06/2025 shall be applicable.

  5. Applicants are requested to attach the following self-attested documents along with the application:
    (a) Application in prescribed format
    (b) Latest resume by attaching copies of Aadhar, PAN Card, age proof
    (c) School Leaving Certificate or S.S.C. Certificate
    (d) Certificates of Educational Qualification as mentioned in the application
    (e) Certificate of Experience as mentioned in the application
    (f) Last drawn pay certificate
    (g) Pension documents

  6. Applicant has to affix a recent passport-size photograph on the application and sign across the photo.

  7. All required qualifications must be full-time courses from a Government-recognized university.

  8. After scrutiny of applications, only shortlisted candidates who are eligible will be called for interview.

  9. The Selection Committee will conduct the screening test and/or interview of shortlisted eligible candidates.

  10. Candidate must produce original documents during the interview.

  11. If the candidates, once appeared for the interview, fail to produce the original documents for verification or are found to have made false, incorrect, excessive, or misleading claims in their application, on the basis of which they were called for the interview, they shall be liable to be debarred from appearing for the interview or applying for any vacancy published by the MSIDC.

  12. Preference will be given to those with higher qualifications and experience.

  13. Additional educational qualifications and experience will be considered till the last date of submission of application.

  14. The Selection Committee reserves all the rights to modify or change all the above-mentioned criteria without any prior information.

  15. MSIDC reserves the right to call or not to call any/all of the candidates who have responded against this advertisement or to cancel/postpone the entire process itself at any stage.

  16. The applicant should be physically and mentally fit for the job and competent to work.

  17. MSIDC has full rights to terminate his/her appointment without giving any prior notice if he/she is not performing as per the MSIDC policy and standards.

  18. The decision of the Selection Committee regarding hiring of candidate amongst the selected candidates shall be final.

  19. Selected candidates, during the period of his/her employment, will be required to serve at any location/office of MSIDC as directed by the Company.

  20. No T.A./D.A. will be paid to candidates attending the interview.

  21. Undue pressure on the Selection Committee will be treated as malpractice and will be treated as disqualification for the post.

  22. The candidate cannot claim any benefits of whatsoever nature in relation to the permanency of job/benefits given to the permanent employees of the Company.

  23. Candidate should have knowledge of Marathi, Hindi, and English languages.

  24. Candidates having a criminal background will not be held eligible for the post.

  25. Provisions of general conduct will be applicable to the candidate as per the provisions of the policy made applicable.

  28. MSIDC is not bound to conduct the interview online. Physical presence of the candidate is required at the time of interview.
